LSI – Latent Semantic Indexing

All that LSI means is that you use related terms or words to your primary keywords to help you with content creation and link building. How that works is that when you build a site on a topic eg, acne. You will find related terms to the primary keyword which you can create content on.

To clarify this when you use Google’s Keyword Tool to search for acne it will bring this up as the primary keyword and a number of related search terms when sorted on relevance.

As you can see the primary keyword has a number of related secondary and even LSI keywords. The LSI words can be non related and will pull ip surprising data that you can use for content creation or for CPC words or terms to use and for article marketing.

Overall this is a powerful way that you can identify ideas that your product or site can deal with when creating a niche site and to target non-related but profitable words for CPC or CPA marketing.

A useful site that you can use to find out what LSI keyword to use or to look at is LSI Keywords. You can use your primary keyword to identify the LSI related to your niche or site and get a better understanding to improve your targeted marketing.

For a more in depth research tool to be able to use this more effectively Keyword country has a research tool which integrates with Google to give you in depth analysis of the keywords and the related LSI to help get ore traffic and better rankings long term for organic search with Google without playing the dangerous spam backlink game. This will be natural organic links and terms which will be relevant to your site.

I have recently looked at some information to see if it can be done to post automatically to blogs, although this has to be done with care to not come across as spammer I wonder if this is worthwhile to assist in getting backlinks to your sites.

Advantages for this is as follows;
Quick and automatically finds blogs to post on using your keywords.
Can load a list of blogs to comment to and this can be made easier if you use google alert to target what you want to comment on.
It fills out all the fields and makes things faster.

Disadvantages
Can come across as spamming and you have a standard comment across all blogs, if this gets picked up by anti-spam systems your links get ignored
Google will find you if you do this with the same comments and across too many sites which means you will get blackholed.

This is something that needs to be done with a certain amount of care to protect your site and not lose its rankings if you have built it up with genuine systems to ensure traffic and ranking

Article marketing for websites

Article marketing is an effective way of increasing your site visibility and raise to the status of expert when you provide good advise to your readers. Articles are small written posts of between 300-500 words of information in your niche that will be usefull in solving a problem for a reader.

People can use this content on their blogs or websites adn these will link back to your site which increases your visibility. The articles need to be written in a conversational way that is easy for people to understand and that they feel comfortable reading.

Article marketing is more than ever integrated into internet marketing to improve your visibility and drive traffic to your site withouth costing a lot of money.

With AM you increase your own content, create traffic and when combined with a opt-in you listbuild and this will improve your online presence. To start this process create an article with 7 tips and write a short paragraph about each tip. That is the start to your first article or content.

To make an article worhtwhile make sure it represents yu well (doens’t have to be perfect), it has to have a piece of useful information. This will create trust and you can entice them to your site by leaving it slightly incomplete so that the reader has to visit your site for more information.

The title needs to contain keywords and a benefit to improve your Search Engine visibility and entice te reader. The best places to submit articles to for visibility are ezinearticles.com and articlebase.com, you can use submission sites to start out with for backlink purposes. I am using a free Article submission site to create my backlinks and to find out how good they are.

By having your articles on these sites you get readers attention on your content and then also lead people back to your site with the resource box to ensure you get free traffic to yur site. For this to work you need to have the article flow into your resource box and invite the reader to your site for more information and offer them a gift to ensure they act, make sure that this gift relates to the article. Finally you represent yourself and brand yourself to ensure your are recognised.

By using the advice in this article you can start generating interest and traffic to your site without having to spend money on adwords or more expensive ways of generating traffic.

How often should you change your website
That depends on what you are posting to the site, if you are creating regular content that you want to share then you can post as often as possible, you can also put up a static page which does not change much and can be left like that for extended periods of time. This will depend on what you want the page or site to do.

A Blog is a personal log of daily activities that is published by software like WordPress. It is designed to easily and quickly post information or webpages if you want to update or add a lot of information. You are visiting my blog and reading my posts which is done using WordPress software.

I also use a plugin to create a membership site to provide additional content to people who subscribe that I dont want to give away to the general public.

Plugins expand the functionality of your blog and it doesnt require a lot of technical skill to get it up and running. For this I use WordPress membership plugin.
